Dr Lisa Zhai (Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Diploma of Remedial Massage, Diploma of Beauty Therapy) is the founder and owner of Zen Bodywork. Lisa has 17 years Industry experience, graduated from Sydney Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Member of Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association. 

Dr Lisa has interests in treating conditions, like:

Pain conditions- musculoskeletal – back, neck, knee, elbow, shoulders, ankle, wrist, etc.

Cosmetic Acupuncture, anti-aging, face lift, etc.

Women’s health- menopausal symptoms, IVF support, Gynecology issues, etc.

Mental health support – depression, anxiety, headache, migraine, insomnia, ADHD, etc.

Zen bodywork started servicing local customers back in 2010, offering Services including acupuncture, herbal medicine consultation, sports remedial massage, dry needling, clinical foot reflexology, waxing, facials, henna brow, lash lift, Spa treatments.

Lisa has 8 years in running Indulgence Massage and Day Spa, with a lot of experience in facials and Spa packages. She designed and delivered all staff training for facials and spa services. Lisa incorporates pressure points and manual lymphatic drainage massage techniques in her facials with great results.

Zen bodywork is now located at 49 Beams Road, Boondall, it has infrared sauna and spa facilities, offering Sauna and Spa Packages.
